SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days, and delivery will be confirmed by email. Shipments will be delivered through Africa’s courier network, at costs in our correspondence.

Delivery is free on all orders over R1000 and accordingly, if your order value is less than R1000, the delivery fee of R100 will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.

Delivery of Your Order will be made in 3 to 10 business days from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you.

Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 10 am - 9 pm, and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification when accepting the delivery of Your Order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for whatever reason, you decide that you no longer want to retain your product, you are eligible for a refund or exchange implemented within 10 days of you receiving your order. If more than 10 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Partial refunds will be issued for any item not in its original condition or which is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error).

Shipping of Returns
Once you have contacted us, we will arrange for our courier to collect the return from you. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds (if applicable) 
We will notify you via email that your return has been received. The product will be inspected and thereafter we will notify you of the details of your refund. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you believe that your product is in any way defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at 036 637 2621 or send an email to drfgogaonlinestore@gmail.com

Cancellations
In the unforeseen event that a product may not be available, a full refund will be issued within 10 days. Cancellation of orders by the client may attract an administration fee.
